Linear algebra - in (1)0 belongs to v that means should we put bar over 0 and in (2) can you explain the definition of all terms used?

    Yes, since V is vector space and elements in it are also vectors, zero vector is additive identity and denoted as 0 bar. basically 0 vector has no magnitude and direction undefined. While field F is Scalar , so elements in it is also scalar.Thats why additive identity of F is 0 but scalar 0.

    Also in second point what is the meaning of "a,b belongs to v- beta is add of B."

    hey, there are misprints... it should be a € F , alpha, beta belongs to V and minus beta is additive inverse of beta.
