    1. (i) Allochemical constituents: Intraclast, Ooid, Fossil, Pellet Orthochemical constituents: Micrite, Sparite (ii) Limestone in order of decreasing energy of depositional environment is given below. Limestone with high amount of mud will indicate least energy depositional environment and limestone with low amount of mud content will indicate high energy environment. Grainstone, Packstone, Wackestone, Mudstone Mudstone will have highest amount of mud (lowest energy condition) and grainstone will lack mud (highest energy environment) 2. (i) Textural maturity refers to the sorting of sandstone. High textural maturity refers to well sorted sandstone and low textural maturity refers to poorly sorted sandstone (ii) Quartz Arenite Quartz Arenite is mineralogically (because quartz is very abundant i.e. chemically stable) as well as textyrally mature (very low matrix content i.e. well sorted) rock.
