Please explain the answer of this question from enzyme kinetics

Life Sciences (PSP-2018 June) Eduncle 74. The Vmax and K from a Lineweaver-Burk plot of an enzyme reaction where= 40 uM- min at V C = 0 and -1.5x 10 mM-1 at -= 0 are (S) 1 (S) (1) 0.025 uM min-l and 0.67 x 10-2 mM (2) 0.025 uM-1 min and 0.67 x 10-2 mM-1 (3) 0.025 uM min-1 and 1.5 x 102 mM-1 (4) 0.038 uM min-1 and 0.67 x 10-2 mM

    D option will be true as the units for Km is molar or millimolar or micromolar here and Vmax is micromolar/min. see attached image for solution.. okay actually it should come 0.38 instead of 0.038 may be typo mistake also Vmax is 0.0067 micromolar instead of millimolar
