    Ulysses is referring to his 20 years of journey in the sea after war of TROY as he was trying to come back home to ITHACA. In these 20 years, Ulysses became the hero as he fought different sea monsters as is being enumerated in ODYSSEUS. When Ulysses is in sea, he finds it Great as he has achieved greatness there. now at ITHACA, he finds it a problem accalmatizing to the people and culture there.
