    in 2nd point... Max value of this when Φ = 180 and put this... so (1-cos180) = (1- (-1)) = 2 ....hope u got it

    dear u can find kinetic energy like this.. read carefully.. KE (Max) = (hv- hv') and u also know about v (neu) = c/ lemda. so put this value and solve it...... where hv = enrgy of incident wave and hv' = Scatter wave.....
