Sankhya is dualistic philosophy which regards the universe as consisting of two independent realities : Purusha ( consciousness) and Prakrti (matter). The fusion of these two forms leads to the emergence of Buddhi(intellect), ahamkara (ego), senses, feelings and different activities of mind. Incase of any imbalance between Purusha and Prakrti creats a form of restriction. The point when this restriction ends, that is known as Kaivalya. The philosophy of Yoga is simply the combination of mind, body and spirit which can't be separated. Vedanta philosophy is written in Vedas which is regarded as the ancient scriptures of India. It mainly deals with Brahmin and Atman. Vedanta teaches and reflects ideas and philosophies contained in the Upanishads which specifically deals with knowledge and liberation. The main traditions of Vedanta are: 1. Bhedabheda ( difference and non diffrence. 2. Advaita ( monistic) 3. Vishishtadvaita ( qualified monism). 4. Dvaita ( dualism). 5. Suddhadvaita ( purely non dual.
