    for minimum current, when current flow through max resistance that is 6k so current is 3/6=0.5mA.... hope you get...

    and resolution means it's maximum power which it can distribute for this we do voltage difference / mimium resistance. in last we take all the resistance and voltages . here onky minimun so that we can find resolution. means it's power.see attached

    current flow from high potential to low potential . if A0,A1,A2,A3 if at zero then max current will from from battery.
