    in the given question only option A will be correct because in question it is asking about technically efficient allocation of inputs and input can only be allocated efficiently in the production of goods. So from this point of view option A will be correct and the remaining two options are talking about consumer's point of. view hence it will not be considered in the efficient allocation of inputs because the producer has the ability to manage efficient allocation of inputs.
