    under MRTP act 1969 . but MRTP act replaced by competition act 2002 . that means now it's under competition act 2002 . coz if someone restrict trade practices he is trying to restrict competition in that industry . and govt wants to increase competition. that's y these practices covered under competition act now 👍I hope y got your ans

    Originally it was covered under Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1969 But the MRTP Act, 1969 was Replaced by Competition Act, 2002 . So, the answer should be Competition Act, 2002
