The rights given in any other part of the constitution except part three is a constitutional right. Right to vote has been provided in A. 326 of the constitution, hence it is a constitutional right. The rights that have been provided in any other law apart from the constitution, are legal rights. Since right to vote is also guaranteed under the Peoples representation Act (and many other acts including state wise acts for panchayati raj institution and municipalities) , it is a legal right also.
