Shiv Nadar University: Job Vacancies Announced for the Post of JRF

Shiv Nadar University has invited applications under the Department of Chemistry, School of Natural Sciences for the post of Junior Research Fellow funded by DST Project.

The project is entitled “Development of Palladium-Catalyzed Triple Cascade for the Synthesis of Tetracyclic Core of Apocynaceae Family of Indole Alkaloids”.

?Number of Positions – 01 for Junior Research Fellow

?Essential Qualifications –

1. Aster’s degree (with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade) in Chemistry (Organic/Inorganic) from a UGC recognized University or Institutions.
2. Preferences will be given to GATE /JEST /CSIR-NET Qualified Candidates

?Desirable Qualifications -

1. Familiarity with organic synthesis and characterizations will be preferred.
2. Understanding of reaction mechanism of organic and organometallic reactions is desirable.

?Emoluments – As per Norms, Rs. 31,000/- + HRA per month.

1. Eligible and interested candidates should submit their application with a complete CV (having personal and academic details, academic qualifications, research experiences, publications, name, affiliation, and email address of at least two referees) to Dr. Ajoy Kapat (ajoy.kapat@snu.edu.in).
2. The copies of mark sheets/ testimonials/ certificates, a recent passport size photograph, and other relevant documents are also required.
