    for rotational equilibrium, equate external torque equal to zero( extternal Torque = zero). we have torque due to two forces, 1) due to mg. 2) due to Tension(T) and torque is force times the perpendicular distance. For perpendicular distance, take components of the length of rod. if you have any doubts , please ask. Best regards.
