Option d. unsaturated fatty acids is right answer. Yes it's true cholesterol also imparts fluidity. But they are talking about main constituent of plasma membrane which are phospholipids. Phospholipids have long chain of fatty acid essentially, those fatty acid chain will have unsaturated fatty acid instead of saturated fatty acid because presence of double bond makes the molecule unstable so it will impart fluidity in arctic weather.
