    option A due to inert pair effect, highes oxidation state of B i.e., down the group decrease due to inert pair effect. here Tl has +1 oxidation state so TlF is most stable among all check this video for more information https://youtu.be/yQLZneRCeZ0

    answer B....according to electronegativity of boraon family....boron has lowest E.N. so more stable product formed with flourine
