    The part of the difference between a population value (Population Parameter) and estimated value there of derived from a random sample (Statistical Property of Sample called Sample Statistic) is called a Sampling Error.
    The difference between an estimated value and the true value of a parameter or, sometimes, of a value to be predicted is called Estimation Error.
