1st part of answer is due to the difference in the depositional age of 2 beds but pls answer the 2nd and 3rd part.

    And Eastern limb of fault south of fault is also vertical na ? Like western limb ?

    very good question but imagination is highly required. Left limb is not displaced due to it is a verical dip slip fault not a strike slip.
