    It is a simple pole of function since the pole is a singular point at which function is not analytic and also unbound neighborhood of that point. And at z= π,2π .... function is not analytic which is the neighborhood of z=0 therefore It is a simple pole.

    here q-p is less than 0 so this is simple pole of order 1 . if q-p will greater than to 0 then it will be removable singularity.
