there's only one electron in 4s orbital. To calculate for 4s electron, Screening constant= (0*0.35)+(5*0.85)+(1*18). is this how it is supposed to be done? i am not sure.
Screening constant= (0*0.35)+(13*0.85)+(10*18).....
we count d electron with 3s and 3p
