    the answer is 154 because the triangle is equilateral which have same site and form 60 degree angle, and circles which have all three points of triangle. the origin is 3.5 and the triangle is 2:1 when the side passes from the origin so the total is 2(3.5)+3.5 =10.5 and r is 7. so the area of circumcircle is = (22/7)7*7=154
