    20 Refer Impirical rule for detail understanding. Given, Mean 4 Standard Deviation 0.2 So range at 1sigma i.e 68% = 3.8 to 4.2 at 2 sigma i.e 95% = 3.6 to 4.4 So remaining 5% population have length more than 4.4mm. 5% of 400 is 20
