Antidiuretic hormone helps to control blood pressure by acting on the kidneys and the blood vessels. Its most important role is to conserve the fluid volume of your body by reducing the amount of water passed out in the urine. It does this by allowing water in the urine to be taken back into the body in a specific area of the kidney.
Dietary sodium intake increases vasopressin secretion in man and the increased urine flow results from alcohol’s acute inhibition of the release of antidiuretic hormone (ADH)
When A consumed a salted diet and alcohol-there will be increase in ADH release and subsequently inhibition in the release, but the inhibition of ADH release is not possible in Individual B, so option 1
