Ugc net commerce nov 2017 paper 3

i know answer is A but i really don't know why.... even i doesn't get this topic anywher can u please provide some notes related to this topic... so that i can get why answer is a not b c or d.... i was thinking that this question belongs to statistics but i could be wrong .... please if u have correct information about this instead of a b c or d.... please share, so that i can clear my doubts
