What are communication variables? are elements of communication same as that of variables?

dear sajitha.. variables and parts of communication are almost same but variable include Factors such as one's value, social norms, attitudes, stereotypes, and language skills 

whereas elements of communication are  sender, ideas, encoding, communication channel, receiver, decoding and feedback.
