    the pasages you referring to is about the discussion happening where we see that actors who were once popular in the city are now thrown out and they are in roads now. theatre was often taken to be socially subversive and therwfore often criticized and later banned in England in 1642 . these dialogues speaks about the Puritan belief of the time that the actors are instigating wrong ethics in people and therefore they should be made to leave the city. a similar argument as that of Plato when he talked about banning the poets from Greek city states
