    Things come in last goes first. For example, using new stock in inventory rather than old stock

    Dear student you can understand it with an easy example. Suppose you have made a pile of books, the one you took first is at surface than one over another now if you want to take them back in shelf you will pick the one at first which is last on the pile but above all. just like this Last In First Out is a type of inventory management in which the last item stocked, is the one taken out in case any of the items is to be used. This is also called LIFO. The example is very known hope you got it
