    it is type of fallacy in which when u prove something for any argument, you just restate the argumnet again and again in different ways for proving it. u do not give anything concrete to support ur argument. u r just saying the question with different terms. it is called begging the question. for example, George Bush is a good communicator because he speaks effectively. in this statement, both sentences give the same meaning. you are not giving any proof or anything that supports that he is a good communicator or he speaks effectively.
