    he is asking his implied audience , his beloved to closely look at the fly and its act of bringing the two lovers together as their blood gets comingled in the flee as it has bitten both. also the implied audience is the reader who is asked to notice this unusual metaphor of the fly . MARK is also used in the sense of evaluation of the achievement of the fly as well as that of the lover.

    the speaker is asking his beloved to pay her attention to the flea. the flea in their room first sucks his blood and his beloved blood and now both of their blood gets mingle in the body of the flea. for the lover, the flea is sacred and signifies their marriage which the beloved denies. the lover tries to convince the beloved to have union with him as there is no point of any loss in it.
