The answer should be C) Corporate Affairs MCA21 is an e-Governance initiative of Ministry of Company Affairs (MCA), Government of India that enables an easy and secure access of the MCA services to the corporate entities, professionals and citizens of India. As MCA is only concerned with Corporate Citizens of the country, it's scope is limited to the same. MCA 21 is Initiative of Ministry of Corporate Affairs. MCA deals with Corporate Entities and Regulations in India. Immigration is dealt by bureau of immigration, passport is delat by ministry of external affairs. pension is dealt by The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions .
