Why buli obstructed the protons near ph group not the allylic one

    Ok sir ..After the proton is left it undergoes resonance with benzene and hence more stable product is formed

    because it is resonance stabilized with benzene ring so most acidic proton. while allylic proton also acidic but less resonance stabilized as compared to benzylic
