    Here we will use Debye equation (in SI system ) instead of Clausius-Mosotti equation (valid for nonpolar molecule) since HBr is polar molecule . Here all units used are in MKS systems. Here value of dipole moment is given in Debye (D) we have to convert it into Coulomb metre (C-m) 1 D = 3.336 × 10^-30 C m
