if ¥ is eigenvalue of A then ¥^p is eigen value of A^p where p is natural number. and p¥ is eigen value of pA where p is real no. here eigen value of A is 1,2,3 since triangular matrix. so A^4 eigen value is 1,16,81. 3A has 3,6,9. -2i has -2,-2,-2. then there sum has eigen value sum which is 2, 20,88
