    Kindly see the formula given below in the figure: 1. Q= 15 cubic ft/sec, g= 32.3 ft/s2, Length= 5ft, Width (b)= 10 ft Critical depth (Yc) = cube root [(15)^2/(32.3×100)] = 0.88 ft Critical velocity (Vc)= sqrt (32.3 × 0.88) = 5.33 ft/s Actual velocity = Q / (length × width) = 15/(10×5) = 0.3 ft/s Fraude number= actual velocity / critical velocity = 0.3 / 5.33 = 0.056 Similarly, using the given formula you can solve the 2nd and 3rd question.
