10. which sets have all the coloured ions ? cr3, v2, t mn2, mn, zn2 (a) cu2, fe2, co2 (b) (d) (c) v3, ti2, cr*

Though I know that unpaired electron give colour due to d-d transition but why ain't C and D answer too?
