    For ques 12 Here change in entropy of universe is Zero as the process is given reversible and in reversible process the surrounding goes equal and oppposite change as the system { dS of system = -dS of surrounding}...So option C is correct...If the given process is irreversible then you can calculate entropy by following the solution which i attached below 👇
