    how can we say that there will be 13 o's nd 12 1's...??? there can be different possibilities of no. of 0's nd 1's??

    Yes ,there are many different possibilities but we need the minimum difference between these two.

    For the minimum difference one number has to be 13 and other one has to be 12.
