option A) vertical fold(same as upright fold) is appropriate ans . Axial Trace is intersection of the Axial plane of the fold with the surface of observation and it can be found by connecting the hinge points of the fold on the surface. here below i am attaching photograph with proper notation for better understanding pls look into it.
But the answer is given Reclined fold
