    option C is correct II is least stable as there is sp2 hybridization at bridge head carbon(carbocation) which is least stable according to bredts rule.. I is most stable as there is tertiary carbocation and resonance stabilised carbocation.. III is less stable than I as there is only tertiary carbocation. So overall acidic order becomes II
