but we have given with data to calculate pressure and why are we just assuming 1atm and not calculating it?

dear if it is mentioning in question that reaction is carried out in closed container then you use by this formula P=RT/V and find the final pressure

Sourav,as you proceed logically you see here,it is asking final pressure after reaction and finally NH4CL is formed which is solid so it posses no any pressure..So here we take standard pressure that is 1 atm...So option B is correct choice

    Got this dear??

according to me the pressure after the rxn will be because of 1 mole of NH3 left. So after putting the formula for 1 mole of NH3 the pressure will be P= (RT/v). My ans is coming 3 atm

Dear Sourav, where you have problem in this question??

    eduncle-logo-app

then what is the point of giving us all info to calculate pressure 😬

    eduncle-logo-app

sometym data is given for diverting from logic things...suppose you calculate 3 atm...it is not in option then only na you confuse if it is in option then have you think this??
