You should read the question completely. The word "regional Metamorphism" indicates specific Metamorphic series starting from zeolite (low P low T) and ending at Granulite (High P and High T). Eclogite facies doesn't come under this series so that shouldn't be the answer. The correct answer should be "Granulite" facies minerals assemblage.

Answer: (d) Opx + Cpx + plagioclase + garnet High temperature high pressure condition is related to Granulite facies. The characteristics minerals assemblage of Granulite facies is Opx + Cpx + Plagioclase + Hornblende + Olivine. So the correct Option should be d.

But isn't high pressure high temperature Eclogite facies. Since the characteristic minerals are absent for that facies in the option shouldn't we consider blueschist facies?
