    Answer: 625°C Temperature at the base of Earth's crust = Temperature at the Earth's surface + ( 15 km × Geothermal gradient from the depth range of 0-15 km) + ( 15 km × Geothermal gradient in the depth range of 15-30 km) Temperature at the base of Earth's crust= 25°C + (15km × 25°C/km) + (15km × 15°C/km) Temperature at the base of Earth's crust= 25°C + 375°C + 225°C = 625°C
