in A all methyl are equitorial so it is more stable than B and C both have one methyl axial and one equitorial and than D having both methyl axial. so that's the order of stability.

who said to u that b and c are achiral . actually they r chiral because there is no plane of symmetry and centre of symmetry in the molecule that's why they are chiral. yes they have C2 axis but for chirality Cn axis is not the criteria
