    NMe3+ due to bulky nature of Me group the repulsions increases in turn which increases the bond angle in NMe3+. Now there is a relation between bond angle and %s character which is:- “As %s character increases bond angle also increases " Since % s increases thus the electronegativity of N in NMe3+ also increases thus it's a better -I group among all.
