option A)strike slip fault is the correct ans .in strike slip fault there is horizontal moment of two rock block so if you assume that a river is flowing from one block to another so by horizontal moment of block there will be some irregularities in the pattern of river drainage line will create . example of these type of moment you can see in san andreas fault .here below i am attaching photograph for better visualisation that how the lateral offset (move from its original path)in drainage line created.
