    option D sp hybridised carbon are most electronegative. +I effect decreases the acidity of carboxylic acid and -I effect increases the acidity. More is the electronegativity more is the -I effect and hence more is the acidity

    option B Explanation- in case of I and II, there is only +I effect. while in case of III and IV there is +R effect of pi bond. if we talk about I and II, I has more +I effect than II so acidiy II>I. in case of III and IV, triple bond has more -I effect than Double bond. so IV>III
