    As bond length is sum of radii ot two atoms and as we move from left to right in a row, radii decreases so bond length decreases. So order of bond length is Si-O>P−O>S−O>Cl−O.. And bond length is inversely proportional to bond strength...so option D is correct i.e bond strength of Cl-O>S-O>P-O>Si-O as here there is same p pi -d pi bonding that is 2p-3d..so simply you can check by bond length

    option D Here all have same 2p-3d backbonding now we will check, who will give lone pairs easily to the central atom. left to right tendency to donate electrons increase as EN decrease so option D is correct
