Correct answer has to be (B)... Littoral zone (sometimes referred to as intertidal zone) marks the zone between low tide and high tide, usually shallow lying in the marine realms or marine environment. While if one talk about other three (Neritic, Bathyal and Abyssal) do not corresponds to that characteristic tide level transition. Abyssal zone is the deepest zone in the marine environment (but in some books you can see that there is hadal zone below this abyssal zone corresponding to the deep trench zone like mariana trench). To get deeper insight about the various sea zones, go through the attached image carefully.

The answer is B) littoral. It refers to the shallow region whereas neritic refers to the deeper water zone upto which sunlight be reaches. Bathyal zone (depth greater than about 1000m) is a much deeper zone lying between continental shelf and abyssal zone and abyssal lies below bathyal zone at around depths of 3000m.
