    Here as you can see that on axis epicenter distance is given and on y axis travel time is given so for epicenter distance 2.6 ×10^3 km, travel time is 5 minutes.... it means seismic wave reaches in 5 minutes to the epicenter. .... Now since earthquake wave originated at 8:50:40 so after 5 minutes it will reach to epicenter... means it will reach to epicenter at 8:55:40 ....
