Time management is very much important in IIT JAM. The eduncle test series for IIT JAM Mathematical Statistics helped me a lot in this portion. I am very thankful to the test series I bought from eduncle.

Look at the central double bond which is in cross conjunction with both the pie bonds. That means both the pie bonds (side pie bonds) can resonate to the central double bond. So the C3-C4 bond will be quite longer than C1-C2 as it has a resonance contribution with both the pie bonds. Correct answer is b Kindly accept my answer!
why ans d is not correct
To explain that I would like to add one example. The resonance energy of benzene and napthalene are not same, which leads to different bond lengths in Napthalene while the resonance energy of benzene is high enough you got only one bond length. So it depends on your resonance energy. D will not be answer as resonance is not so good there.
