    according to electroneutrality principal, tetrahedral complexex are more stable than octahedral complexes because four ligands generate less charge comparatively six ligand. furthermore O being more EN than N atom OH2 binds more strongly than NH3 ligand so option D is correct

    here oxidation states is same in all three complexes but two complexes have coordination number 4 and one have 6... and more CN Less stability..and electronegativity of Oxygen in more so be(h20)4 2+ is more stable than be(nh3)42+...so correct option is option D
