7. h-b-h bond angle in bh4 - is

7. H-B-H bond angle in BH4- is. As I know that hybridization is sp3 but why the angle is not 109° 28', can you explain it with figure , explaination ?

    It is a example of regular sp3 molecule with no lone pairs and all bond pairs same. Hence there is no distortion from the regular tetrahedral angle 109.5°.

    but the answer is 180° in USP( unit solved paper) module

    There must be some misprint. 180° is for sp hybridisation. This is sp3 hybridised
